This homeowner already had central AC but wanted to reduce electricity costs and gain independent temperature control in two specific rooms. We installed a TCL 2-zone inverter mini split system — one indoor head in the living area and one in the bedroom — with the outdoor condenser mounted on the exterior wall, clean line hide along the stucco, and a dedicated disconnect. The inverter compressor adjusts speed based on demand, using significantly less power than running the whole-home system for just one or two rooms. The result: lower bills and comfort exactly where they need it.

This Santa Ana warehouse required service on its commercial electrical system — including inspection, service conductor verification, and panel assessment of dual 120/208V meter center assemblies. Our team performed a full evaluation of the service entrance conductors, meter bases, and distribution equipment, ensuring the system met current code requirements for commercial occupancy. Both metered positions were properly documented, labeled, and restored to safe operating condition.

Commercial rooftop HVAC systems take a beating from sun, wind, and constant operation — making regular maintenance critical to preventing failures and controlling energy costs. On this job, our licensed C20 technicians performed a full rooftop inspection of the exposed galvanized ductwork assembly, checking for leaks, joint integrity, support bracket condition, and overall system efficiency. This residential panel replacement included a full 125-amp service upgrade with a new combination meter/main panel assembly mounted on the exterior wall. This was a full residential HVAC system installation — furnace, evaporator A-coil, and condenser all replaced in a single visit. We installed a brand-new Goodman 3-ton condensing unit on a new concrete pad, paired with a matching Goodman furnace and A-coil in the interior closet. The job included new refrigerant line set with proper wall penetration and weatherproof fittings, a new dedicated AC disconnect with conduit to code, PVC condensate drain, flex duct connections, and full system commissioning with manifold gauges. A condensate safety switch is one of the smartest, most affordable protections you can add to any air conditioning system — and one of the most commonly overlooked. When AC runs, it pulls moisture from the air and routes it through a PVC drain line. If that line gets clogged with algae, dust, or debris, water backs up inside the unit and overflows — often into attics, walls, or ceilings before anyone notices. This float-style safety switch installs inline on the primary or secondary condensate drain. When water rises above the normal level, the float triggers and cuts power to the system, preventing overflow and water damage entirely. The red LED in this photo confirms the switch is active and was tested on completion.

High above the LA basin in the Hollywood Hills, this luxury residence runs dual rooftop package units to condition the home. Our C20-licensed technicians made the trip up to perform a full AC service and repair call — inspecting both units, assessing system performance, checking refrigerant levels, evaluating the rooftop ductwork connections, and restoring reliable operation. When a furnace stops heating or behaves erratically, the cause is often a single failed component rather than a complete system failure. Our technician performed a thorough diagnostic on this furnace — inspecting the blower motor and its run capacitor, the draft inducer assembly, the control board, and the White Rodgers 24V gas valve. The blower capacitor (a CSC 20μF/370VAC unit) had failed, preventing the blower from operating correctly. After component-level diagnosis, the faulty capacitor was replaced and the full system was tested and verified before the tech left the job. This is exactly the kind of repair that saves customers from unnecessary full system replacements.
