Commercial VRF & VRV Service Across Orange County
Variable Refrigerant Flow is how modern Orange County commercial buildings get conditioned. One outdoor unit feeds many indoor units, each controlled independently, and heat pulled out of one zone gets moved into another instead of thrown away. It is dramatically more efficient than a bank of rooftop units, which is why it shows up in nearly every new office, medical suite, restaurant build-out and mixed-use project in the county.
The catch is service. VRF diagnosis runs on manufacturer software and error codes, not gauges, and most residential HVAC companies will not go near it. That leaves property managers calling the original installer and waiting. Aerosphere Electric services VRF across Orange County — and because we hold a C-10 electrical license alongside the C-20, the three-phase power, disconnects and controls wiring stay with one contractor instead of becoming a scheduling problem between two.
Systems We Service
Daikin VRV (VRV IV, VRV 5, VRV LIFE) · Mitsubishi City Multi (R2, Y-Series, Hybrid VRF) · LG Multi V (Multi V 5, Multi V S) · Samsung DVM S · branch controllers, BC controllers, ducted and cassette indoor units, centralized controllers.
What Usually Goes Wrong
One zone stops working. Almost always a branch controller, an expansion valve or a comm fault on that leg — not the outdoor unit. Refrigerant leaks at flare joints. VRF runs long line sets with many connections; a slow leak shows up as gradual capacity loss across multiple zones. Communication and addressing faults. Indoor units are digitally addressed; one bad address or corroded connection takes out a whole branch. Oil return problems on long vertical runs. A design and commissioning issue that surfaces years later as compressor damage. Control and scheduling errors. A building that will not hold setpoint is frequently a controls problem, not a mechanical one.
For Property Managers
We work with Orange County property management companies, building owners and facility managers on scheduled VRF maintenance, tenant-improvement build-outs and emergency response. Written diagnostics you can forward to ownership, flat-rate quotes before work starts, after-hours scheduling so tenants are not disrupted, and per-unit billing across multi-location portfolios. Three-Phase Electrical
Service sizing, disconnects, controls wiring and panel work under our C-10 license — the half of a VRF install most HVAC contractors have to subcontract.

Adding, relocating or rezoning indoor units when a suite gets reconfigured. Permitted and inspected.
24/7 Emergency Response
A VRF failure shuts down a business. We dispatch nights, weekends and holidays anywhere in Orange County.
